OH LEADERS!
fly the skies, my friends,
As the bird
Soar in heaven, my friend,
With your words,
And your deeds, my friends,
Be a Leader, my friend!
Time and time again many a child has left out or ordered about, while another child leads the march or the games. This didn't happen because the left out child was less brainy or the preceding child was more intelligent. It only happened because of the presiding child knew the tactfulness of leadership, while the left out child didn't know that. Remeber, leadership isn't a talent with which one is born.
"Leaders are not born, they are made"
is a popular saying.
A true leader is very responsible, but quite easy going. He or she should be quite creative so that they know the art as to what to do if anything goes wrong. A leader should have the talent of making people listen to and obey to but should not be too demanding. Leadership takes man a llong way. A true leader blazes his way to success at the speed of light. Abraham Lincoln did not win black's their freedom because the white people loved blacks. No! He did it because he was a true leader. Winston Churchill didn't win the war because his country had a large amount of resoouirces. He won it because he was a true leader.
"The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow". Every President, every King was a child at his early age. This is why nowadys schools seperate children into different groups and nominate leaders. This way every child gets an early chance to practice leadership, so that when the right moment comes to the child does not panic but acts his part victoriously. Everyone gets a chance to be a leader, but many do not take much interest of it or uphold and face the challenges to become a leader. We should neer miss a chance for leadership, as it is the chance of a life time that does not come every day.
Raise your hand
You're a Leader
Be a man
You'll be greater
Through flame and fire
Through hardships and leadership
Be a flame to shine in darkness
Guide your men for peace and tranquility
Raise your hand and
Be a leader
