The film that touched my heart....

Tare Zameen Par

Last week i got a movie from my dear friend Chay and she recommend that it was a superb film. Since i had exams i couldn't watch it at that time i got it from her. I got the chance to watch it last night only. Wow. What a superb film. It touched my heart very much. I was really taken away with the acting of that little kid Ishaan.

This is a story of a boy who found extreme difficulty in learning in his tender age and later on how he managed to get rid of it. This boy Ishaan was the youngest in a family. He had an elder brother who was very bright in studies as well as in sports. But this little fellow was the last in class. Because of this his teachers as well as father use to scold him and punish him all the time. But no one tried to find out what his real problem was. He was extremely good in paintings. His mother was a bit kind towards him. She use to take his side when ever his father scolds him. She
use to teach and help him with his studies. But unfortunately this little kid wasn't able to grasp the lessons. He found difficulties especially in identifying words and letters. He had already failed grade three and his principal complained his parent that he might do the same this time too. She also told them that she will be in a position to spell him out of the school if he fails this time. In order to overcome this problem his father decided to change his school. He put him in a school which was very far from there place. Because of that the kid had to stay in the boarding. He refused to go there. Even his mother didn't like sending him there. But his father by force sent him there. This boy found it very difficult to stay n the boarding. He even found it difficult to get ready to go to school in the morning. He didn’t' know even how to put the tie. All these days at home his mother use to dress him up and send to school. On Saturdays his parents visited him. But he was angry with him and refused to speak to him. His class teachers was also very harsh towards him. One day in his art class he got punished for looking out of the window and enjoying the beautiful view of nature. After that he gradually started loosing interested in art too.

After sometime his art master got transferred and a new teacher came to the school. On the first day at the school the teacher sang song and danced with the student. But Ishaan stayed back alone. Since he didn't wanted to move along with others. He only had one friend. At that time Ishaan didn't know that this master is the person who is going to change his life. This new master gave full freedom to the students. He asked them what ever the thought that come in to their mind. All were painting except for Ishaan. He found difference in this child and stated analyzing about him. And after some time he found the cause for it. And from then onwards he stated to
work accordingly to change Ishaan. He told stories in the class which would encourage him. He got the special permission to train him individually in a way that he could capture the basics easily. And he succeeded in that. Later the art master held a competition among the whole school including the teachers. As the first place Ishaan's art was selected and his art master’s painting won the second place. Ishaan had defeated his master in panting. The whole school applauded for Ishaan and the all floated in over joy. The principle announced that the Ishaan's art will be published as the cover of the school book. From that day onwards Ishaan had great improvement in his studies too. He managed the pass the term end exams with good marks as well. When his parents came to collect his progress report they were amused to hear the class teachers comments. They all praised Ishaan, where the years before that his parents had only heard complains about Ishaan. They were extremely happy an his father was in tears. He thanked Ishaan's art master for the great help he had done.

What an interesting film!!!!!!. I enjoyed the film like no other. I don't even have words to describe it. When Ishaan's painting was selected as the best in school I too stared clapping forgetting where i am and it was a film only. It made me feel as i was among the audience. The film is simply super.

I hope that all of you who had not seen this also will get a chance to see that and enjoy to get the real feel of that.
